Job summary

Reap is seeking a Billing and Revenue Operations specialist to own the end-to-end billing cycle across all product lines, translating contracts into accurate invoices and ensuring on-time payments. You will reconcile data to source transactions, identify under-billing, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to improve controls.

Strong Excel, SQL, and accounting literacy are essential. This role supports IFRS revenue recognition and multi-currency flows in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with high-volume data handling.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills are required for data reconciliation.
• Clear English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Formal accounting training (CPA or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with revenue recognition concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle across products and entities.
• Translate contracts and pricing into accurate invoicing and fees.
• Reconcile billing against source transaction data and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive revenue assurance by identifying under-billing and leakage.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and client inquiries.
• Support IFRS revenue recognition and month-end close deliverables.
• Automate invoicing processes and document SOPs for scale.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on pricing changes.
• Support external audits with billing and revenue documentation.
