Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Revenue and Billing Analyst to manage invoicing, billing compliance, and reporting for revenue-generating accounts, collaborating with Business Managers, Management Accountants and customers to drive accurate financial outcomes.

You will handle invoice delivery, timesheet administration, month-end support, data reconciliations, and project margin reporting, with attention to data integrity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a Billing or Revenue role.
• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or similar accounting systems is advantageous.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends from monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver invoices accurately and on time.

• Perform extensive reconciliations and data analysis.

• Upload payroll data bi-weekly.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Prepare weekly project margin reports for management and project managers.
• Troubleshoot revenue and margin issues.
• Clear revenue exceptions weekly.
• Assist AR with customer invoice and payment issues.

Job description

The Revenue and Billing Analyst role will be responsible for the billing, revenue generation and reporting of accounts, and will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as Business Managers, Management Accountants and customers, to deliver desired business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and delivery of Invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance to billing procedures and internal audit standard (JSOX).
• Administer timesheets and timesheets correction.
• Assisting the Management Accountant with end of month requests/queries.
• Extensive reconciliations and data analysis.
• Assisting consultants in resolving their timesheet related queries.
• Response and resolved to all emails received in the centralised mailbox.
• Weekly upload of invoices from external platform into Oracle.
• Fortnightly upload of payroll data.
• Assisting with Ad-hoc tasks that arises from time-to-time basis.
• Preparation of Weekly project margin reports to Management Accountants and Project managers and/or SDM's.
• Troubleshooting project revenue and margin issues.
• Clearing of revenue exceptions on a weekly basis.
• Assists Accounts Receivable team with any customer issues relating to invoices and non-payment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years in a similar Billing role or Revenue role
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with or working towards CA/ CPA Qualification
• Oracle Financials experience or similar Accounting Systems advantageous
• Microsoft Office (intermediate)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and identify information from monthly trends
• High attention to detail, and focus on integrity of data
