Job summary

KMC Careers is seeking a highly motivated Billing Specialist to manage inquiries, process billing and AR, and collaborate with multiple departments in a fully remote role.

You will work APAC hours for the first three months (10PM–7AM Philippine time) and require a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year experience, and strong English communication; proficiency in Zuora, Salesforce, and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or finance experience
• Experience in Customer Service is preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Strong interpersonal and professional skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills (i.e. Excel) – Zuora and ServiceNow are preferred
• Ability to handle large volume of details – detail oriented and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team setting
• Training time: APAC hours for the first three months

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to customer billing inquiries via email, chat and live calls including Zoom
• Process Billing and AR aspects of the business
• Review invoices and create manual adjustments as necessary
• Process credit and debit adjustments
• Update billing records with contact information changes
• Assist with payment posting and reconciling procedures
• Assist the Collection team in managing customer disputes and payments
• Assist Revenue/System team in data cleanup projects
• Identify and escalate issues in the billing system to engineering for resolution
• Assist the Billing Manager in evaluating current processes and implementing improvements
