Job summary

Onnyt Global is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our growing team. You will provide accounting support across accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and financial reporting while assisting leadership with day-to-day operations.

The role offers a hybrid work setup for Baguio and onsite options for Cebu and Davao, with a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT aligned to US Central Time. Candidates should have 2+ years of accounting experience and CPA support opportunities may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in similar role.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments from customers and tender them in core software.
• Audit bank accounts and record receipts in core software.
• Assist in accounts receivable management and past-due invoices.
• Draft invoices for work orders for leadership review and billing accuracy.
• Assist in accounts payable and forecasting cash outflows.
• Pull regular financial reports for leadership review.
