Job summary

Wing seeks a General Virtual Assistant to support executive operations on a hybrid basis from Makati. The role requires strong bilingual communication and proactive administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently.

You will coordinate procurement, vendor follow-ups, and project support while aligning with US work hours. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, and you should be comfortable working remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Support - Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s).
• Internal Coordination - Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.
• Connect with vendors/subcontractors to follow up on project status.
• Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.
• General Administrative Support.
• Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.
