General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual -English -Cantonese)

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Support -Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.).
• Internal Coordination -Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.
• Connect with vendors/subcontractors to follow up on project status.
• Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.
• General Administrative Support
• Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Chinese–English) – strong professional fluency required.
• 3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365
