Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Bicycle Warranty and Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve warranty issues from a single point of contact. You will handle technical advisory, warranty management, and documentation while maintaining high CSAT with a customer-centric approach.

The role supports Permanent Work from Home with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM AEST, and requires strong English communication skills and experience with CRM and claims-management tools.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of bicycle components and industry standards.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk) and claims management software.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes resolutions with professional calm.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical assistance via phone, email, and web chat.
• Manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims between customers and external wholesalers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline responses and improve turnaround times.
