Job summary

Winning Assistants Llc is seeking a Behavioral Health Credentialing & RCM Specialist to work remotely from the Philippines. Part-time with an option to transition to full-time, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EDT, Monday–Friday.

Initially focused on credentialing, with potential expansion into billing as the practice grows. Ideal candidates have credentialing experience in behavioral health, strong RCM understanding, and proficiency with CAQH, Availity, and payer enrollment across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Hands-on credentialing experience in behavioral health or mental health preferred.
• RCM experience and familiarity with payer enrollment required.
• Experience with multi-state insurance paneling and CAQH/Availity knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing for behavioral health providers.
• Submit and manage enrollment applications across carriers.
• Coordinate credentialing across multiple states and track progress.
