Job summary

JotPsych is hiring two to three Medical Billers to own billing and credentialing end-to-end for a dedicated set of provider customers. You will submit clean claims, manage denials, and drive payments while building CAQH ProView profiles and payer enrollments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in US medical billing/credentialing, with 2+ years in behavioral health and psychiatry, excellent English communication, and strong experience with Availity, CAQH ProView, PECOS, and related portals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US medical billing and/or credentialing experience.
• 2+ years with behavioral health and psychiatry practices.
• Fluent English, clear written and spoken communication.
• Hands-on with US payer portals (Availity, CAQH ProView, PECOS).
• Manage 60–90+ concurrent credentialing tracks without slipping.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims and drive collections for behavioral health practices.
• Credentialing end-to-end: enrollment, CAQH, and portal navigation.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits prior to submissions.
• Follow up denials to resolution and document outcomes.
