Job summary

Rockstar is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management Analyst in the Philippines to manage insurance claims and optimize billing workflows. You will submit claims via Office Ally for Healthie-documented services, track status, and reduce denials in a fast-paced remote startup.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical billing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Medicare billing. Experience with behavioral health or telehealth is a plus, with opportunities to grow as operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Office Ally and Healthie or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track claims in Office Ally for Healthie-logged services.
• Monitor claim status, correct errors, and follow up for timely payments.
• Analyze denials and coordinate with clinicians to resolve issues.
• Manage payer enrollments and credentialing data accuracy.
• Maintain patient insurance/billing records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with clinical ops to ensure coding/documentation compliance.
