Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in sales or lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong phone etiquette and persistence with objections.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Employer of Record or HR services is a plus.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other tactics.
• Conduct outbound calls and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Qualify leads and gather information to assess fit.
• Collaborate with sales to develop lead generation and pipeline strategies.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and prospect details.
• Provide feedback to marketing on campaigns and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our EOR services.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, meetings, and revenue.
