Job summary

Asiacruit in the Philippines is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive with deep EOR experience. You will own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and cold outreach to closing high-value inbound leads—engaging HR leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

You will build your book of business, navigate international compliance conversations, and collaborate with marketing and legal teams to finalize MSAs and pricing structures that protect margins and maximize client lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in EOR/Payroll/Global employment space.
• Proven track record of generating opportunities via cold outbound and managing inbound pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of global employment models, co-employment risks, and international compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound and outbound leads with a consultative approach.
• Negotiate MSAs and pricing while protecting gross margins.
