Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Employer of Record (EOR) business. You will identify opportunities, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with local and international clients looking to expand their workforce in the Philippines and beyond.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EOR/PEO/HR services
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to manage a sales pipeline

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Promote Q2 HR Solutions' full suite of HR services, including EOR, RPO, Executive Search, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and HR Consulting solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and accurate sales forecasting.
• Develop relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers across local and international markets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation initiatives, webinars, and campaigns.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
