Responsibilities

• Run focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours via calls, email, and social outreach.
• Start credible conversations with executives, uncover hiring requirements, and earn next steps.
• Handle objections including internal hiring preferences, information requests, or existing agency usage.
• Qualify meetings against ICP and document context, decision processes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Review call outcomes with leadership to improve targeting and messaging.
