Responsibilities

• Run focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours via cold calls, email, and social outreach.
• Initiate credible conversations with executives to uncover hiring needs and next steps.
• Handle objections professionally, including preferences for internal or current agencies.
• Qualify meetings against ICPs and document context, decisions, and next steps in CRM.
• Review call outcomes with leadership to refine targeting and messaging.
