Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Customer Success Rep, or Onboarding Specialist.
• Hands-on prospecting with cold calls and email outreach.
• Track record of achieving sales goals or activity-based targets.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot in particular).
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, conversational and listening skills.
• Ability to identify target customers and qualify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre-supplied leads, targeting 100+ calls per day.
• Qualify and book meetings with prospects for Account Executives.
• Set up meetings and ensure warm handoffs with detailed notes in the CRM.
• Engage merchants with solution-focused conversations and value propositions.
• Educate prospects on products, pricing, and benefits.
• Deliver thorough handover notes about merchant accounts to AEs.
• Stay updated on product offerings and client services.
• Act as product evangelist and SME on related solutions.
