Job summary

Bluelight Consulting invites a proactive Sales Development professional to join our growing team. You will drive high-volume outbound prospecting, manage outreach cadences, and build targeted prospect lists using leading tools.

You will qualify opportunities, schedule discovery calls, and maintain accurate CRM records. You will engage with prospects across sectors, articulating Bluelight's value early, while hitting activity targets and contributing to a predictable pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in B2B sales or inside sales within tech/ software industries.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written, customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach tasks, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences to engage prospects and drive responses.
• Research accounts and identify key decision-makers with ZoomInfo.
• Write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong CTAs.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; identify real opportunities.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure strong show rates with follow-ups.
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; continuously improve outreach strategies.
