Job summary

Pavago, a remote-forward company, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build scalable B2B marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities. The role sits between marketing and sales, owning multi-channel campaigns, lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and pipeline performance.

You will lead experiments, define ICPs with sales, and optimize MQL to SQL conversions while reporting insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B marketing or demand generation experience.
• Proven experience generating measurable sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical and campaign management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across email marketing, content, webinars, paid acquisition, and ABM.
• Build lead nurture and lifecycle programs.
• Partner with sales to define ICP, audiences, and targeting.
• Develop lead scoring and qualification frameworks.
• Track and improve MQL-SQL-Opportunity conversion and campaign ROI.
• Analyze pipeline contribution and funnel performance.
• Improve marketing automation and CRM workflows.
• Run experiments to increase qualified leads and pipeline.
• Report performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
