Job summary

Staffstream, a Philippines-based remote role aligned to Australian hours, is seeking a dedicated marketing professional to lead outbound email marketing and SDR-like activities. You will own end-to-end campaigns, build targeted lists, and coordinate with external agencies to drive new business.

You’ll craft warm, occasion-focused copy, design assets in Canva, and manage campaigns from planning to reporting, while maintaining a clean CRM and contributing to strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running outbound email marketing and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with a lead generation tool such as Apollo or Lusha.
• Confident, independent Mailchimp experience: list management, segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling and reporting.
• Solid Canva skills to create polished, on-brand assets.
• Copywriting that carries an emotional hook beyond product focus.
• Ability to name a customer segment and explain the business rationale.
• Organised and self-directed with campaign calendar and database management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outbound email marketing end to end: briefs, content in Canva, Mailchimp, scheduling and timely sends.
• Build and grow targeted prospect lists using lead gen tools and research segments worth pursuing.
• Keep the contact database clean: verification and de-duplication to protect deliverability.
• Run the full campaign process from planning to design, Mailchimp setup, sending and reporting.
• Design branded assets (email campaigns, brochures) in Canva for consistent visuals.
• Write copy with warmth and occasion focus to create emotional impact.
• Plan campaigns around the commercial calendar and key occasions (e.g., awareness months).
• Maintain a segmented Mailchimp database and report open rates, CTRs, and unsubscribes.
• Coordinate briefs and deliverables with external marketing agencies; keep projects moving.
• Manage a campaign calendar and marketing files; suggest improvements and support BD tasks.
