Job summary

InsideOut in the Philippines is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support our US-based clients in the chinware industry. You will handle order entries, inquiries, and service issues with a focus on accuracy and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Fluent English communication skills required (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree is a plus; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Process daily sales order entries, changes and returns as per policy.
Provide product availability, specifications, pricing, and order status information.
Collaborate with Credit Department to resolve disputed credit items and billing questions.
Coordinate with internal sales and management to meet customer expectations and stay updated on products and services.
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries in a warm, professional manner.
Document and help resolve conflicts or complex client inquiries promptly.
Identify recurring queries or patterns for management review.
