Job summary

Insideoutva in the Philippines is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to deliver English-language support for business clients, manage order entries, and ensure accurate processing of daily sales orders.

The role requires 3-5 years of customer service experience, a High School Diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP and 3PL software is highly desirable. The position follows U.S. Pacific Time hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred (prior experience with corporate phone systems is a strong asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with major ERP systems and 3PL software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales order entries, changes, and returns accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide information regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and order status.
• Work with Credit Department to resolve disputed credit items and billing questions.
• Partner with internal sales and management teams to meet customer expectations and stay updated on new products, policies, and services.
