Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a part-time Appointment Setter who will be the first contact for warm leads, converting interest into scheduled meetings through calling and emailing. You'll own the outreach process and keep a steady stream of qualified prospects engaging with the sales team.

You will conduct outbound calls and emails during client business hours (Eastern Time) to book meetings, qualify leads, and update the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or cold calling.
• Strong phone communication skills and outbound calling confidence.
• Experience with email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using cloud-based phone systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities
