Go Ignite, an Australian-founded systems company, is hiring a remote Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to support the sales team. The role mixes outbound prospecting and fast inbound responses, qualifying leads and booking discovery calls.

You will manage aged leads, keep CRM data accurate, and report on activity. Expect rotating shifts across Australian, US and UK business hours, with a fully remote contract, prepaid HMO and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in B2B appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales support.
• Above-average spoken and written English, comfortable on calls with business owners.
• Experience with cold outbound and fast inbound response.
• Self-discipline to hit daily activity targets from home.
• Strong CRM habits and meticulous note-taking.
• Availability for rotating shifts across AU, US and UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Prospect outbound by call, email and LinkedIn into B2B lists.
• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and marketing leads; qualify per criteria.
• Re-engage aged leads and turn quiet ones into conversations.
• Book and confirm discovery calls and growth audits in the calendar.
• Follow up on no-shows and reschedules until meetings occur.
• Log every touchpoint in the CRM and keep data clean.
• Report on activity, meetings set and show rates.
