Qualifications

• Proven experience selling AI software or AI-powered solutions.
• Strong background in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Independently source and qualify leads.
• Experience calling businesses in the US market.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• High-volume outbound calling experience.
• Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently research, source, and build targeted B2B lead lists.
• Make approximately 200 outbound calls daily to US businesses.
• Reach business owners and key decision-makers.
• Introduce AI software solutions and communicate business value.
• Qualify needs and handle objections.
• Book qualified sales appointments for the team.
• Follow up to confirm attendance, send reminders, and minimise no-shows.
• Reschedule missed appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospects through the sales process.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets.
