Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking an IT Specialist to join the Systems & Automations team. You will turn messy workflows into automated solutions and embed in a sprint-driven team delivering biweekly improvements.

You will build automation, integrate APIs, and design internal dashboards with Google Apps Script, JS, HTML/CSS, and Google Sheets as the data layer. Remote, fast-learning, and capable of documenting processes for future ownership.

Qualifications

• Translate manual workflows into automated solutions.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling data formats (JSON).
• Familiar with no-code/low-code automation platforms and simple UI builds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation systems using Google Apps Script and JS.
• Integrate with APIs (ClickUp, Google Workspace, third-party services).
• Design lightweight web interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS) for internal tools and dashboards.
• Use Google Sheets as a data layer with structured tabs and scripts.
• Translate requests from Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership into automation solutions.
• Write SOPs, specs, and registries to document systems.
