Magic, Inc. is seeking an AI Automations Specialist (Freelance, Remote) to act as a strategic right hand for a Phoenix-based client, handling administrative tasks, AI workflow construction, and travel planning.

You will manage Google Workspace, run sales calls, build AI agents, grow social media presence, and streamline operations with AI tools, while maintaining proactive, high-quality communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or using AI agents/workflows with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Grok, or similar.
• Knowledge in travel concierge planning (points, rewards, complex trips).
• Executive/administrative support background, including Google Workspace email and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered agents/workflows to streamline recurring tasks.
• Identify opportunities across admin, research, and communication workflows to save time using AI.
• Plan travel itineraries and manage end-to-end arrangements and changes.
