Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking an IT Specialist to join our Systems & Automations team. You will transform manual workflows into automated solutions, embedded in sprint cycles to deliver real results every two weeks.

Responsibilities include building automation with Google Apps Script, API integration, and creating internal dashboards. You’ll work with no-code tools, AI agents, and maintain documentation for sustainability.

Qualifications

Google Apps Script / JavaScript: modular scripting, triggers, web apps.
REST API integration: read docs, auth, JSON parsing, error handling.
No-code/low-code tools: Zapier, Make, or native automations.
AI fluency & Agentic AI: daily use of AI tools, prompting & agents.
CRM experience: familiarity with data flows in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation systems using Google Apps Script as the primary platform.
Integrate with APIs (ClickUp, Google Workspace) to move data between systems.
Design lightweight web app interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS) for internal tools.
Use Google Sheets as a data layer with formulas and scripts.
Translate non-technical requests into automated solutions.
