Job summary

Wingman Group PTY LTD in the Philippines is seeking a Loan Processor to manage the mortgage loan process from application to closing. You will collect documents, verify income and assets, review applications for compliance, and liaise between borrowers and underwriters to ensure a smooth approval.

This role requires at least 2 years of Australian mortgage loan processing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with mortgage processing software.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing.
• Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting processes and loan types.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Request information from clients and conduct thorough reviews.
• Obtain and verify income, assets, and credit information.
• Conduct credit checks and cross-check with disclosed liabilities.
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with borrowers, underwriters, and mortgage aggregators to progress approvals.
• Submit loan applications, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Order valuations and manage post-approval to settlement processes.
