Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Operations Manager/Head of Credit with AU home loan mortgage experience to manage end-to-end mortgage applications for Australian clients. This remote role is contracted as an Independent Contractor and requires alignment with AU business hours, with a view to delivering exceptional client service.

The role will lead loan processing, document checks, credit checks, and lender liaison, develop quotes, and maintain the Broker Engine CRM to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian mortgage broking or related roles.
• Experience with Broker Engine or similar CRM.
• Strong English communication and remote-work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and maintain records in Broker Engine.
• Collect, review and organize supporting documents from clients.
• Conduct preliminary document checks to ensure applications are complete.
• Order and review credit checks and property valuations.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout the loan process.
• Prepare and email loan quotes to clients and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Progressively take ownership of preparing loan quotes independently.
• Assist with lead follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track applications through settlement.
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple loan files.
