Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Australian mortgage experience.
• Understand Australian residential mortgage lending process and income verification.

Responsibilities

• Manage Australian residential mortgage applications from submission to settlement.
• Review borrower documents and assess income, servicing, and borrowing capacity.
• Prepare loan applications for submission to lenders and liaise with brokers and lenders.
• Monitor applications and follow up on outstanding requirements to keep timelines.
