Maersk in the Philippines is seeking a Work Placement & Migration Specialist to strategically manage cross-border work placement and migrations within Global Shared Services. You will align service delivery models with operational efficiency and compliance.

The role requires leading large transition projects, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transitions across accounts. Strong PM skills and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Transition Management, Migrations, and Project Management.
• Experience leading large transition projects involving 150 FTEs or more.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification is required. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new work and offshoring initiatives, including transitions and transfers, for accounts within the geographical scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with work placement standards.
• Lead migration of work based on the service catalogue, ensuring consistency and reducing fragmentation.
• Make informed decisions on work placement within the GSC, balancing priorities and compliance.
• Define work scope and assess appropriate placement of tasks.
• Evaluate FTE requirements based on standard guidelines.
• Ensure effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead planning and reporting activities related to work placement and migration initiatives.
