Boomering Inc. is seeking a qualified bookkeeper to support Australian clients from its Pampanga operations. The role focuses on accurate data processing, reconciliations, BAS/IAS, and payroll in a dedicated offshore production setup.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, strong MYOB and Xero skills, and be proficient in MS Excel and MS 365. On-site work in Angeles City, Philippines is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance or similar discipline.
• 2–3 years of proven Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on with MYOB Business and Xero.
• Solid knowledge of Australian GST, BAS/IAS, PAYG withholding and installments.
• Experience with Australian payroll and STP lodgement.

Responsibilities

• Code and post transactions in MYOB Business and Xero with correct GST codes.
• Perform bank, card, loan, payroll, GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare BAS and IAS with workpapers for review.
• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll and STP lodgement.
• Meet internal deadlines and prepare review-ready client files with notes.
• Follow firm procedures and improve workflows and quality controls.
• Escalate uncertain items and maintain a query list for reviewers.
