Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Payroll Officer (AU) for a dayshift work-from-home role. You will handle payroll processing fortnightly, respond to payroll queries, and manage invoices in Xero integrated with our CMS. Proficiency with PRODA and NDIA audits is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, finance, accounts administration, or similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll fortnightly according to Alacrity Health pay processes.
• Respond to payroll queries including pay issues, superannuation, and Portable Long Service Leave (PLSL).
• Process invoices via Customer Management System and Xero, ensuring accuracy and timely overdue management.
• Reconcile invoices and migrate data from CMS to Xero.
• Manage service bookings on PRODA, the NDIA system.
