Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in sales with 2+ years in leadership or supervision.
• Native-level English with international liaison capability.
• Strong data-driven decision making and CRM data interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales reps to achieve targets and SLA.
