Job summary

Penbrothers International is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Survey Operations to coordinate nationwide surveys and installations. You will act as the central operational support resource, ensuring data integrity, site readiness, and real-time visibility of survey activities.

The role requires 3+ years in admin/ops coordination, familiarity with field operations, and the ability to communicate clearly with field technicians, project managers, and clients from a remote home office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or operations coordination experience.
• Experience supporting field operations, construction, HVAC, mechanical, or facilities management preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in relevant field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site and pre-survey activities via remote and on-site checks.
• Provide live operational updates and reconcile schedules across systems.
• Review surveys for completeness and data accuracy; flag discrepancies.
• Support nationwide project execution and team coverage as needed.
