Job summary

Penbrothers International is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Survey Operations to support nationwide technical surveys and installations. You will ensure data integrity, verify site readiness, and provide real-time visibility into all survey activities from a remote work setup.

You will coordinate with field technicians, project managers, and clients, maintaining schedules, and assisting with project execution and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative support or operations coordination experience.
• Experience supporting field operations, HVAC, or facilities teams is preferred.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor in Business Admin/Operations/PM preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site and pre-survey activities across nationwide operations.
• Provide live updates and reconcile schedules between internal and external systems.
• Review surveys for completeness and data accuracy.
• Assist with nationwide project execution and closeout, covering for absences.
