Penbrothers International in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations, workforce coordination, client communication, and project execution across a growing field services environment.

You will coordinate active jobs, manage workforce continuity, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution with Australian clients and builders, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of operational coordination in service-based operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with service management/ERP platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Rostering, allocation, and resource scheduling across active sites.
• Track active jobs from quote through completion and consistency with field teams.
• Capture field instructions and ensure execution and tracking in systems.
• Coordinate schedules, scope updates, and handover timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensure quotes, purchase orders, and job entries are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate supervisor schedules and coverage planning; monitor hour commitments.
