Qualifications

• Strong accounting/bookkeeping background; degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing work.
• Understanding of invoicing, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• CPA preferred but not required; experience with Bill.com is a plus.
• Highly organized and will manage recurring processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send client invoices, apply payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, send collection follow-ups, and escalate overdue accounts.
• Draft client service agreements using templates, coordinate e-signatures, and contract records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, KPIs, including revenue, AR aging, and recruiter productivity.
• Assist month-end close, reconciliations, data cleanup, and audits.
• Maintain data in recruiting/ATS system.
• Send and track client surveys and maintain records.
• Communicate with US-based clients regarding invoices and payments.
• Perform other finance, accounting, and data duties as assigned.
