Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or a similar finance operations role.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume follow-ups and payment resolutions.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced; familiarity with GHL is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills with Google Sheets; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups on overdue accounts, disputes, and failed payments.
• Resolve failed payments and autopayment issues in coordination with the Client Experience Team.
• Classify accounts as current or non-current and maintain daily AR records.
• Document calls, disputes handled, amounts collected, and daily results.
• Post payments to customer accounts and reconcile records.
• Generate and issue invoices on time and maintain reconciled AR reports.
• Support transition to GHL and expanded Billing and Collections as operations scale.
