SAVii is seeking an AR Billing Officer in the Philippines to join its finance team. The role focuses on sending billings and invoices, updating client accounts, and ensuring timely remittance processing and reporting.

You will maintain precise records, handle payment allocations, and address client inquiries. A 6–12 month background in billing, reconciling accounts, and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of relevant experience.
• Experience in billing and collections, bank reconciliation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Send billings, invoices and account updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate billing and remittance records per policy.
• Allocate payments and remittance; balance daily and monthly.
• Prepare financial reports related to Billing, remittance and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve billing and remittance discrepancies.
