RemoteFetch is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for Accounts Receivable Operations. You will manage a 5-10 person AR team while actively performing daily AR tasks and improving processes.

You'll coach, prioritize work, and drive measurable improvements in accuracy and timeliness. This remote role requires strong English communication and a proactive, autonomous approach in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 5-10 AR Operations Reps and resolve blockers.
• Ensure clear SOPs, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Handle hands-on AR tasks ~50% of time, including shared inboxes and queues.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support hiring/onboarding as needed.
• Develop and improve workflows using lightweight automation tools.
