Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to oversee daily AR operations, ensure timely collections, and manage a team. You will drive process improvements, monitor aging, and support cash flow with cross-department collaboration.

Previous AR leadership and ERP experience are required for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, a finance background, and be adept at coaching staff to meet KPIs in a BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance qualification with prior finance operations experience.
• Proven AR and broader finance workflows in a corporate or BPO setting.
• Experience leading a small team and coaching others.
• Background in migration, transitions, or knowledge transfer projects.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations ensuring timely invoice collections.
• Supervise AR staff, assign workload, and perform coaching.
• Monitor aging, post payments accurately, and approve adjustments.
• Support audits, process improvements, and ERP enhancements.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize cash flow and KPIs.
