Job summary

Outsourcedstaff is seeking a proactive Sales Appointment Setter to secure qualified appointments for our Sales Team by calling leads from our database, prioritising the newest entries, and engaging prospects in a warm, professional manner.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, log interactions in HubSpot, and aim for high show-up and conversion rates, using Close.io, Gong, and other tools as needed; a reliable remote setup and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with clear, friendly, confident tone.
• Warm, welcoming phone manner and professional remote setup.
• Experience making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Familiarity with Close.io, HubSpot, Gong or similar tools.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
• Coachable, driven, and motivated with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Call leads daily using a dialer and secure 45‑minute sales appointments.
• Engage prospects in a polite, friendly, respectful manner.
• Identify prospects open to discussing business goals and online growth.
• Log calls and outcomes in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Reschedule no-shows and follow up with engaged but unbooked prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and ensure calendar alignment.
• Follow up inbound inquiries and re‑engage warm leads from the database.
• Represent the company professionally and drive high-quality conversations.
