Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) seeks an Application Support Consultant (Level 1-2) to provide first and second-line support for enterprise applications from a home-based setup in the Philippines.

You will handle incidents, requests, and troubleshooting to ensure SLA compliance. Ideal candidates have IT qualifications, familiarity with Windows/Microsoft 365, basic SQL, and experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow/Jira/Zendesk.

Qualifications

Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience.
Application troubleshooting across business applications.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
Basic SQL knowledge and data extraction skills.
Familiarity with log monitoring tools (CloudWatch/Elastic).
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira/Zendesk/Freshservice).
Understanding of SLAs and KPIs; ITIL Foundation desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-line technical and functional support for business applications.
Manage incidents and service requests through resolution to meet SLAs.
Troubleshoot application, configuration, and integration issues.
Escalate complex issues with complete documentation.
Maintain accurate ticket records and contribute to knowledge base.
Communicate proactively with customers and identify bugs or enhancements.
