Job summary

Checkmarx in the Philippines is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified APJ pipeline from a fully remote base.

You will use LinkedIn Navigator, high-volume calling, and targeted emails to uncover opportunities and work with Account Executives to optimize outbound strategies.

Fluent English is required; prior SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software exposure is a plus, and a hunter mentality helps you exceed quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, lead generation or high-volume sales.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory; proficiency in additional APJ languages is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience prospecting across APJ markets is desirable.
• MEDDIC methodology is advantageous but not essential.
• SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity exposure is advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
• Strong ability to adapt and collaborate with Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns across the APJ region to drive pipeline growth.
• Utilize multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn Navigator, calls, emails) to engage and qualify leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and collaborate with AEs to advance opportunities.
• Apply MEDDIC to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Build relationships with APJ prospects and understand local market dynamics.
• Iterate outbound strategies with Account Executives based on performance data.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related tools.
• Meet or exceed quarterly quotas and KPIs.
• Adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
