Datalec Precision Installations Pte Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager for the APAC region. You will develop regional commercial strategies and lead negotiations, driving revenue growth while aligning DPI solutions with customer needs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance across multiple APAC markets. The role requires strong commercial acumen, cross-country experience, and the ability to identify new partnerships, optimize performance, and report on KPIs for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification desirable.
Proficiency in commercial analysis, CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
Proven experience in commercial management, business development, strategic planning, or related role.
Strong understanding of APAC markets, customers, and business environments.
Experience working across multiple countries and cultures within APAC.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across APAC.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions where required.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
