Responsibilities

• Create vouchers and process vendor invoices in ASB systems.
• Validate invoices by matching to dispatched POs and coding instructions.
• Process vendor short-pay requests and prepaid postage.
• Capture prompt-pay discounts timely.
• Research and resolve errors in Matched Exception Report.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to correct issues.
• Follow up on outstanding vouchers to completion.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
