Job summary

Genfinity, Philippines-based, seeks an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee the full AP cycle, ensure timely payments, and optimize cash flow. Lead a small team and drive standardisation and automation within AP processes.

You will manage employee expenses, vendor relationships, and reporting, collaborating with procurement and finance to support budgeting and forecasting while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting roles, with 3–5 years of management.
• Proven track record of transforming and improving AP function.
• Experience in managing employee expense processing.
• Managed a minimum of 2 team members.
• Experience managing AP across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Experience in high-volume invoice processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire AP cycle from invoice receipt to payments.
• Oversee AP month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment execution.
• Monitor outstanding payables and optimize cash flow.
