Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Senior AR Clerk to join the finance team. You will ensure accurate billing, process payments, manage credits and collections, and support AR operations for high-volume transactions.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in AR/General Accounting, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP. Overnight/US hours and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years AR/General Accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
• Payment Processing: Receiving and recording customer payments (checks, cards, EFT).
• Applying payments to customer accounts and ensuring accurate allocation.
• Credit Management: Evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting limits.
• Collections: Following up to secure payments via calls/emails.
• Reconciliation and Aging: Matching payments to invoices and analyzing AR aging.
• Customer Relations: Handling inquiries and resolving payment issues.
• Sales Team Support: Assisting sales to resolve payment-related issues.
