Turnitin seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to execute regional strategies within a global framework. You will coach sales teams, drive AI-enabled tool adoption, and tailor content for local markets to grow the regional pipeline.

This role requires collaboration with global and regional leaders to optimize buyer interactions and sales outcomes. The ideal candidate supports diverse teams, communicates clearly in English, and leverages GTM insights to improve enablement programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales enablement experience.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of GAP Selling or other problem-centric selling frameworks.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable sales guidance.
• Experience with AI-augmented sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regional execution of global enablement strategies with local relevance.
• Coach sales reps and managers to advance opportunities and close deals.
• Deploy AI-augmented technologies and integrate them into regional workflows.
• Disseminate global content with regional relevance and language support.
• Track adoption and measure impact on sales results.
• Collaborate with global trainers and regional managers on tailored training.
